Since then he has had a few haircuts, and he’s lost a little of his roundness. He’s also gained a lot more in the handsomeness department.

Around the time the photo was taken, I think I was trying to keep up with a photo challenge. I think the theme was probably framed.

Any idea what baby Amir is holding? That’s a photo of his dad, my brother, when he was at a school program in sixth grade. Looks like he was talking about something that starts with the letter “A.” Or he could be speaking about someday becoming a father and naming his firstborn Amir.  

So I had wanted Amir to hold on to the frame, and have his photo taken with it. But he wouldn’t sit still, nor look at the camera. I didn’t want to have someone else hold the frame, and him, so this is the best we got for that day. And it ain’t so bad is it?
