I have had my sights on this Instax for awhile now:

Instax Mini 50s Instant Camera at the Photojojo Store!

I know, I know. I was gushing over a totally different Instax camera just last Christmas. But I never did get that. Crazy, but I’m actually glad I didn’t get it. Not having it is the perfect excuse for getting this sleek black version.

This version, available from my favorite online store Photojojo, is sexier than it’s brown and white sisters. Although its predecessors already got flash, Polly’s (the boyfriend already gave her a name even though I don’t have her yet) got smart-tint control flash and light/dark settings.

The boyfriend’s cousin is coming to the Philippines next month so I’m having this baby delivered to her to come home with. The Cheki (other name for the Instax 7s) is already available from local sellers but this one still isn’t. Well I did actually find one seller carrying it, but at 1/3 of the price higher than Photojojo rates.

I will be embarking on Project Life (very excited about that, can’t wait for the package!) very soon, and polaroid prints will fit in really well in that project.
